In 2003, we implemented our first Full Content Managed Website for the Toco community which was funded by The Business Development Company (BDC) and PAHO. Proudfoot also setup and trained personnel for a fully networked and internet-ready classroom in the Toco Community. This involved the donation of Dell computers and an air-conditioning unit.
